INDIA: We offer free shipping all over India and Rs.2000 per piece is additionally charged for shipment to Lakshwadeep, Andamans and Nicobar, Sikkim, J&K, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Ladakh.

Refusal to Delivery: Should you refuse delivery due to entryway constraints, please note that it becomes your responsibility. We recommend carefully reviewing product dimensions to ensure suitability for your entryway and rooms. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts due to refusal or unavailability may result in additional charges.
SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each item is available under the DETAILS section on the product page.

A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

All items are made-to-order and will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 6 to 8 weeks)

Delayed Delivery Charges: Should you opt to delay delivery after your order is ready for dispatch and held in our warehouse at your request, holding costs or delayed delivery charges may apply. These charges are calculated at 15% against the total order value, with an 18% GST applicable. Kindly settle any holding costs before dispatching your order from our warehouse.
